30-Day Credit-Only Return Policy for YAHWARE

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re happy to offer a credit-only return within 30 days of your delivery date, under the following conditions:

 

Eligible Returns:

 

  • Incorrect size
  • Wrong color
  • Incorrect item received
  • Unopened merchandise

Policy Details:

 

  1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Exclusions: Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect as per the conditions listed above.
  4. Credit Only: We do not offer refunds; returns will be issued as store credit only.

Return Process:

 

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a return, providing your order number and a brief description of the reason.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you return instructions along with a return authorization (if needed).
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, wrong color, or wrong item.
  4. Inspection & Credit: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit to your account or via email.

Please ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Include the original packing slip or receipt inside the return package.

Damaged or missing items may not be eligible for credit.
